Item is removed from fully working vehicle. It's not new, that's why some used parts can have scratches (or other small physical damages), can be dirty, can consist used oil/coolant or other fluids. All our parts are genuine! Item will be sold as it is shown in the pictures (when relisting the items, same pictures can be used, therefore, main code will be the same, but the other numbers may be different)! Before buying please make sure this item fits your car. Match your old part with the pictures to avoid any disappointments. Some pictures show OEM/Part number and you can match it with your old part. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INSTALL, RESET OR PROGRAMME IT ON YOUR OWN, IF NEEDED. RADIO DEVICES come without code, mileage of SPEEDOMETERS is unknown (unless marked otherwise in listing). It might be that pictures do not show all scratches, defects, etc., so if item's visual look is very important for you, PLEASE ASK FOR MORE PICTURES BEFORE PURCHASING.Shipping
We always dispatch items as fast as we can! Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day (usually same or next day). Combined postage discounts are available for orders of multiple items, please message us listing the items prior to placing the order and we will come back with a special offer shortly. Please note that remote areas postcodes might be charged additionally (if you have doubts, please check your postcode in DHL and DPD remote areas lists). Buyers with the remote areas postcodes will be contacted personally with a recalculated rate, if no response is received without 24 hours, the order might be cancelled.
Standard shipping to UK and all EU countries takes 8-25 working days. Express shipping takes 1-2 working days. Orders for less than 19.99Â£ will be posted without tracking number. EUROPEAN UNION P&P costs provided for EU Mainland only! Islands and remote areas will be charged extra.
Shipping outside of EU takes 25-60 working days. Shipping to the remote areas or islands might take more than 95 working days!If you wish to receive item faster, please use Express delivery service and you will receive your item within 1-7 working days.

If for any reason you change your mind or no longer require the item purchased, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You are welcome to return the item within 14-30 days(depends on listings) after the item receipt day.
Please note that we don't process refunds until the item is sent back to us. As soon as we receive our item back, we will verify the secret marking and refund you asap. Buyer must CONTACT US before returning an item. Items must be returned in an original condition and packaging. All our items are securely or visibly marked and only those will be accepted back and refunded. The return posting charge is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item you receive is found to be faulty or not working properly, PLEASE CONTACT US STRAIGHT AWAY. Our technical team will be glad to assist with any questions. Our long term experience show, that in the most cases an issue can be solved by simply trying to put the item once again in the correct order.
We do not accept liability for any labour costs involved in the installation of the supplied part, including costs related to damage caused during the installation, usage and/or removal of the supplied part. This includes missed appointments in a workshop or fitter which may arise, if there is a delay with delivery.Warranty
If the item is received damaged, it is very important to inform us of the damage within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to report this will prevent us from making a claim against the delivery agent.Â If item arrives broken, scratched, etc. which was clearly caused during postage, please inform us straightaway and send pictures of package and damaged item.
Please note that only the notices regarding breakage (caused during postage) will be taken into account, which are reported within 2 days after receiving the item. All parts sold under theBuy It Nowformat will carry a minimum 14 to 30 days warranty starting on the day after receipt of the part. If the item you receive fails during the warranty period please inform us immediately in writing message to us.
